All Maple Bear staff receive intensive training in pedagogy and methodology from global experts, ensuring education is based on the latest research and best practices. Unique to Maple Bear, every staff member at each nursery worldwide receives annual training from these experts. Furthermore, annual quality assurance checks are conducted globally to maintain operational standards and exceptional program execution.
